Arbutus Attic Master Suite Conversion
What was once an unfinished attic became a beautifully designed primary suite, transforming underutilized space into a private retreat while maximizing the home’s existing footprint.
A Sophisticated & Spacious Custom Attic Conversion
This custom attic conversion in Arbutus, MD included a spacious primary bedroom, a thoughtfully designed ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled shower, stone-topped vanity, laundry station, and tailored storage solutions that blend functionality with timeless style. Structural improvements, upgraded insulation, new HVAC, updated electrical components, and refined trim details ensured the new living space integrated seamlessly with the home’s original character.
To complete the transformation, the existing yellow pine flooring was carefully restored, the staircase was refinished, and custom railing details were added to create a cohesive transition between the new primary suite and the rest of the home.
By reimagining an underutilized attic, Dream Design Build & Remodeling, Inc. created a sophisticated owner’s retreat that adds comfort, functionality, and lasting value while preserving the character of the home.
